What we collect, why, and how to make us stop. We sell guides, not audiences — your address is never rented, sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who is responsible

Odoo & AI Skills LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9881, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. hello@odooaiskills.com.

What we collect

If you subscribe: your email address, the date, and which page you subscribed from. We use it to send articles and the guides you asked for. Nothing else.

If you buy: the billing details the payment requires, kept for as long as accounting rules require us to keep them. Card numbers go to Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers.

If you write to us: the message and your address, kept while the exchange is useful.

If you just read: pages viewed, an approximate country derived from your IP address, and where you arrived from. We use it to know which articles are worth writing more of.

Cookies

A session cookie so the site works, and analytics cookies that measure audience. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profile sold to anyone.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, our email sending provider, our payment providers, and our analytics. They process it on our behalf and for nothing else. We never sell, rent or trade your data.

We are a United States company, so your data is processed in the United States and in Europe depending on the provider.

How long

Subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a short record of the unsubscribe itself so we do not mail you again by mistake. Purchase records: as long as accounting rules require. Analytics: rolling, and never tied to your name.

Your rights

Ask us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately and needs no explanation. Write to hello@odooaiskills.com — a person reads it, and answers within a few days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.

Children

This is a publication about enterprise software. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we say so by email rather than by quietly editing the page.
